2018 Eighth Grade Deadlines and Promotion Ceremony




May 14th Promotion ceremony contracts and money for graduation gowns due ($20.00).

May 16th Graduation gowns and picture order forms distributed to those who met the May 14th payment and promotion ceremony contract deadline.

Thursday, May 24th Promotion Day (please see below for times and parking information).

5:00 p.m. all graduating students must report to the Denair Middle School Coyote Center, ready for pictures and graduation. Completed picture packets and money should be brought with your student and given to the photographer.

7:00 p.m. Promotion Ceremony, Jack Lytton Stadium Denair High School, gates open at approximately 6:00 p.m. The parking lot and entry gate is on Monte Vista Avenue.

*Please note, ONLY graduating students will be allowed into the quad area and Coyote Center



Immunization requirements for students entering

seventh grade are as follows:

1. Tetanus, Diphtheria, Pertussis (Tdap) - one dose

2. Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR) - two doses



Each Friday will be a minimum day, all students will be dismissed at 12:35
